More specifically, our clients are individuals, couples, widow(er)s and families. The majority of our clients (about three quarters) own one or more businesses, or did at one time. Most of the rest are executives and professionals who are within ten to fifteen years of their first “retirement” (we believe, as do most of our clients, that successful retirement is retiring to something, not from something).
In order to maintain and enhance the quality of our work, we have to be selective in taking on new client relationships. For success with us, it is critical that you have:
- The desire to follow the advisory process
- The desire to delegate this process so that you can pursue other goals
- Available investment resources of at $1/2 million or a net worth of at least $2 million.
- Reasonable expectations of success
